At Dongguan Jiechen Precision Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we are a direct factory with experienced engineers and employees, operating in a well-organized workshop. Our delivery time ranges from 5-10 days for in-stock items and 15-20 days for items not in stock, depending on quantity.
We provide samples with fees based on product geometry, which are refundable upon bulk orders. Sample delivery typically takes 3-7 days. For mass production orders, the timeline is 7-45 days based on quantity and part complexity.
Payment terms include 100% in advance for orders under $1000 and 30% T/T in advance for orders over $1000, with the balance due before shipment. To request a quote, please provide 2D drawings in PDF or DWG format, 3D drawings in STEP, IGS, or X_T format, and details on surface treatment and quantity.
Our standard PO procurement process flow includes prototyping, FA approval, quality control plan, manufacturing process instruction, batch production, inspection, and shipping. If you lack drawings, send samples for replication or provide pictures/drafts with dimensions for CAD or 3D file creation upon order placement.
Your drawings are safe with us, as we sign NDAs and do not disclose them to third parties without permission. We offer detailed production schedules, weekly reports, and digital progress updates for your products.
