Differential interference microscope

     With flexible system combination, excellent imaging performance and stable system structure, MX4R series is specialized in industrial testing and metallographic analysis. Each operating mechanism is designed according to ergonomics to greatly reduce fatigue. Modular componet design allows free combination of system functions. It integrates bright field, oblique illumination, polarization, DIC differential interference and other observation functions and can be selected according to actual application.

Safe and Stable rack structure design
Industrial inspection grade microscope, low center of gravity, high rigidity and high stability metal frame, ensuring the anti-seismic ability and imaging stability of the system. Front low hand coarse fine-tuning coaxial focusing mechanism, built-in 100-240V wide voltage transformer, can adapt to the power grid voltage in different regions. The base is designed with an air circulation cooling system, which will not overheat the rack after longtime use.
Reflective illuminator
Single high power 5W white LED lighting, with oblique lighting mechanism. When switching to oblique lighting, it can make different material parts on the surface of the object present 3D patterns, and increase the contrast and visual effect of observation.
High performance objective lens converter

MX4R converter adopts precision bearing design, with light and comfortable rotation feeling and high repetitive positioning accuracy. The concentricity of the objective lens after conversion is also well controlled. Converters with different hole positions can be configured according to requirements.


Bright field observation (transmission)
High power 5W LED, equipped with N.A.0.5condenser lens, can observe LCD color liquid crystal display, device frame edge, etc.under transparent illumination. The transmission lighting and the reflection lighting are controlled independently, which can be simultaneously lit or separately lit.

DIC Differential interference observation
On the basis of orthogonal polarization, DIC prism can be inserted to perform DIC differential interference phase contrast observation. Using DIC technology, the slight height difference on the objective lens surface can produce obvious relief effect and greatly improve the image contrast. 5X, 10X and 20X are specially designed for DIC, so that the interference of the whole field of view is consistent, the differential interference effect is excellent, and the DIC effect of the high power objective lens is also good.
